The Awakening Mystery – What’s Going On?

awakening, evolutionThe end came and went… a few times I think… the “big” one, though, was almost three months ago.  The new beginning?  How can we tell when it started?

Almost a season has turned.  I observe social media and read the blogs and watch the video clips sharing the variety of perceptions of what happened/is happening.  Some people expected or hoped for a transformation on December 22nd, 2012 that would rock the socks off of current norms and cultures, evoking a mass awakening of spiritual consciousness.  Some felt deflated when it seemed as though nothing really changed.  Some foretold of a transition that would take time and impact our lives in unique and unexpected ways.  Some called it just another New Age or religious hoax.

John of God Trip 5 – Final Day

law of attraction, visualization, creative power, memoryIt is mid afternoon, and we have Frutti’s all to ourselves.  The music is serene.  The chai is tasty, and the activity on the street outside is quiet as the occasional person strolls by in the lazy, summer heat.  Soon, a parade of people in white will flow from the Casa — another week complete — and Frutti’s will fill with social activity, people sharing their experiences and stories.  It is everything about Abadiania that I love.

For now, though, it is me with the quiet to reflect upon our experience this trip.

Alan had another spontaneous healing (of course; >)  A chronic shoulder issue since a mountain bike riding accident about a decade ago – healed.  Better than ever.  He has a reputation to live up to, he reminded me…  a man who “does the work.”

John of God Trip 5 – Second Spiritual Surgery

Spiritual awakening, John of GodI arrived to the meeting room at the Casa with my questions for John of God in hand, quiet in my mind and prepared to relax into the Casa flow until my line was called.  The first Casa day in 2013.  The first surprise came when the Casa volunteer called for people scheduled for spiritual surgery…  and no one came.

John of God Trip 5 – Arrival and First Day

John of GodThunder is roiling through the sky…  Late December, and it’s summer in Abadiania, Brazil.  Time for the rainy season interspersed with bright sunshine.  Life is verdant green here right now.  We arrived December 25th, 2012 to a quiet town.  Most everything – except for The Casa and our pousada – is closed.  Still, there seem to be quite a few people here…  we watched several other groups arrive on our plane.

John of God, spiritual healing, AbadianiaOur first spiritual surgery together – How romantic!  Well, mainly… just stretch your mind to imagine how sharing the healing energies for twenty four hours, in a small room — mainly in a trance-like state without talking — can promote that feeling of Oneness 😛

Abadiania, Here I Come – John of God

Two weeks ago, I planned to be in flight to Abadiania, Brazil today to immerse myself in the healing currents of Casa Dom Ignacio and Medium Joao (better known as John of God here in the US; >)  Two weeks ago, I was making packing lists, reflecting with gratitude upon the vast well-being I’ve already received from my visits to Abadiania, and meditating upon what is next for me on this adventure of awakening into All I Am with the help of the Entities.  I was finishing up my last set of herbs from the previous spiritual surgeries in December, 2011, and observing the shifts of consciousness in both my body and mind as I prepared.  That was two weeks ago. Letting Go With Love – Awakening

Letting go isn’t new.  One way or another, we are in the process of letting go of something all the time, I think.  Whether it is a physical transition through age or an emotional release associated to a change or finding a way to evolve a belief toward more fulfillment, letting go of “what was” has been a precursor to the new state of Being from the moment we left the womb.  I’ve known that for a long time.

What I didn’t know… what is new to me in realizing how letting go supports awakening consciousness… is that releasing 100% is the key to allowing the new paradigm to shift into being. Continue reading “Letting Go With Love – Awakening”

Coutd It Be The Solar Flares? – Awakening

solar flare, awakeningSomething is happening within my Being.  Soft and subtle – almost imperceptible – like the unfurling of a bud into a new Spring leaf.  Something is unfurling within me.

Like a whispering breeze, I didn’t notice at first, the shifts happening in my perceptions.  My day, filled with projects and items to check off the list, proceeded as usual.  I almost missed it.  Until I chanced to rest from the activity for a moment and feel… the gentle caress of a softening within.  An easing of mind chatter and an absence of the “push” to achieve.  An abiding sense of Grace. Reflections Into a New Paradigm – John of God

John of God, spiritual healing, diabetesWhen I returned home from my first visit to the Casa Dom Ignacio in February, 2011, I wrote about my expanded understanding of what a “spiritual surgery” is (see John of God – The Process Continues).  When I returned from the second adventure in June, 2011, I described more the personality process of integration for myself and people for whom I made prayer requests (see John of God Update)  Now, I am back from the third pilgrimage in 10 months – and the most intensive immersion in the healing, spiritual energies yet – and ready to reflect again.

To recap:  When we arrived, I still had two sacred waterfall visits from those prescribed in June to complete, and I had an intention to go as deeply into the healing energies of the Entities as possible.  This translated into standing before Medium Joao in a trance state as often as the protocol allowed and following the directions given me.  As it turned out, every time I stood before the Entity present through Medium Joao, I was directed to a spiritual surgery.  In the course of twelve days – and two rounds of Casa Dom Ignacio activities – I received three spiritual surgeries.
