Whether you are learning to meditate or experienced in the art of meditation, Relax and Open is a valuable guided meditation. Employing techniques to help a novice find and recognize a meditative state, this guided meditation also uses Jungian symbology to explore expanded states of awareness, tapping into insights and guidance from the expanded Self that experienced meditators will find useful. This guided meditation focuses on opening to psychic awareness and healing.

•Use this meditation as a wake-up alarm, to start the day aligned into the wellbeing of an open and relaxed state. Note: you will need to disable the screen auto-lock for your device under Settings, General, auto-lock, set it to “never”.
•This guided meditation can also be used when falling asleep; it facilitate lucid dreaming and insights upon awakening.
•The Relax and Open guided meditation also includes a Notes Journal to write down immediate insights upon completion of the guided meditation or awakening.
•You can put the meditation into repeat or loop mode, so you can listen to it over and over again. Simply tap the cyclic loop icon to turn looping on.

    These meditations are amazing. Ahnalira’s voice is magical, putting you into a relaxed and altered state almost instantly. I recommend these meditations highly!

    I’ve always meditating since then , it makes me calm and rejuvenate. What I usually do is the breathing exercise and guided visualization. Thank for this handful this will make my meditation more at ease. 🙂
